What are custom drivers?
Custom drivers are pretty much an Android Snapdragon device thing that are community made, open source Vulkan graphics drivers that are made to replace the stock Snapdragon driver on your device.
Essentially, you use these for better compatibility, better performance and better features in a lot of emulators, but mostly to fix emulators like Azahar, ARMSX2, ARMSX3, Eden, GameNative, GameHub and so on.
In a lot of cases, if you have a Snapdragon device listed below, this is just necessary to use.
The List
This list below is just based on my testing and knowledge as well as what the community has said is the best option for each processor.
Using these drivers depends on the emulator – all of my emulator setup guides talk about when and where to use custom drivers, and the below is just to help you download them to use.
I’ve included multiple options for some processors as it’s not always the case that one custom driver is the best for all scenarios, so you’ll want to try the different options.
